Oz...dude I've mentioned this site dozens of times - even to you! It's a fansite....I am somewhat sure that the info is legit....fans have lots of ways of getting info....

eligoh, it says you can disguise yourself as an NPC, so I imagine it would work on players to, as long as you behave like an NPC.  I saw this on the E3 Brawl video, the character actually morphed into an NPC citizen, and then walked up behind someone and kicked him in the junk.

I would imagine the higher level you are the more advanced programs you can fool with this skill, all the classes will have useful abilities, don't underestimate anything until you try it out for yourself, I've learnt that lesson the hard way.

I think I've read most of the information compiled in that site within the fansite that Tbone is associated with, amongst others, so it's not all new.  The listing of abilities all in one spot is interesting tho =)

Yea they had them in ETM as well, got a bit annoying though. Really its just a cheap way for developers to get a bit of cash by advertising products and claiming that its just "reallistic".
