We still don't know what will become of this little project of ours, with CCP considering various options. However, I am sure that many people on the team will continue working on it in their spare time, and we hope to be able to release it in some form in the future.

Yes, in a heartbeat. Though I said I could also be a part of an "east coast presence".

Here's my idea for the cheap, consumer-friendly, Oculus VR package:



1. Oculus Rift
2. Oculus Wristbands
3. Oculus Omni Board (an omni balance board)

I could get behind a unified controller instead of wristbands, but wristbands give more freedom. The board could also be used while seated (my idea is basically a modified Wii Balance Board). It doesn't take up half your living room. 360 degrees of movement. Now someone smarter than me figure out how to make all that possible!
