Got Gear? Raid group for the ungeared in FA

It was brought up in the meeting today that we should have a "storyline" Raid Group for our new 50's or other 50's who do not have gear yet. I volunteer to organize this. The tank would run the actual raid but I will organize it and place it on the calendar.

I will make sure we have the right balance in the group but the Tank would run the actual raid just like Milhouse does on NoCry's weekend group. If the tank is not seasoned, I will provide assistance as needed but the tank should know what he needs, CC's, Off-0tank support, etc. from fight to fight.

I know a few people from Raid Group 1 will be able to be there as well. If you set it at 8pm FA, I assuming a majority would be able to make it.

I'm going to be at the library all day, so whatever time you tell me I will be there.

The event is up on the Raid Calendar, so make sure you sign-up if you're even thinking about attending.  You can sign up as Available, Tentative or as an Alternate, so if you want to go there is no reason not to sign-up.

Our first night went well. We got to the last boss and wiped twice before one of our people had to leave. All in all, I would call it a success. Much thanks to Milhouse for running the boss fights and helping that annoying noob (me) with running the raid.

I will post a new one on Monday. After receiving feedback, it would appear that Saturday might be a better evening to do the raid. I'm going to change it to Saturday and see how this change is met with sign-ups. I'm also moving the time up one hour for our friends on the east coast. Next week will be Sat at 7:00PM FA time.

By the way, I owe Balance an apology for accidentally randoming his Columi piece. I owe you buddy, just let me know what you need.

Nice to see you guys taking initiative and starting this up on your own! Our raid group hopes to be able to also gear people up on Sunday nights, but until we get EC down, we've got that night reserved to clear any content that we're still working on.
