There was talk last night of making only two nights a week our dedicated raid nights. I'd love to do this IF we can get a strategy to take out Kephess in NM mode.

I know some of you are worried about getting penalized if you can't make all three nights. The other solution would be to not penalize someone if they CONSISTENTLY can only make two of the three nights.

I'm trying to do what's fair for everyone, and with a new loot system, there will obviously be some tweaking. Please let me know your thoughts. As a reminder, currently:

Late With Little Notice - Move down one spot
Late Without Notice - Move down two spots
Missed Day With Notice - Move down two spots
Missed Day Without Notice - Bottom of the list
Leave Early - Bottom of the list

Anytime you are absent, you are unable to move up the list from your current spot.

I believe if we say our dedicated days are 2 of the 3, and said person shows up those 2 of the 3. They shouldn't be penalized for day 3, because ahead of time we agreed it's not a dedicated or "Main" raid night, which means all things that matter were done on the dedicated 2 of 3 days and said person was there for that.

So to make a long sentence short.

Opey said that he could not be here Sunday night, so Strod, we'll need you. I'll get with you sometime this weekend to figure out mods/enhancements and we'll get you all the 63's you need and send the order to Tbone.

I work 6-10pm tonight in the cafeteria, so I will be about 10-15 minutes late. I will be here for tonight's raid, however, should we have one.

I have a date Tuesday night and will not be able to make it. 100% chance of getting laid... not turning that down. Sorry.

No Adam and Opey Monday, so that's out.

I apologize for not being reachable. To put it simple and honest, I was tired. My intentions were to raid, hard. It was about an hour before raid time when I last saw the time on my watch. The next time I saw anything, it was 5:17 am and I was looking up at the ceiling because I fell asleep in my computer chair.

I'd just like to apologize to the raid as a whole.

Don't worry about it Strod, Sunday and Monday are our bonus nights anyway. If we all happen to be around and able to raid then we do, otherwise we PVP, do dalies, whatevs.

Based on availability I see that we'll be raiding on Wednesday night this week only.  Please everyone try to clear your schedules to be available at normal FA raid time on Wednesday.  We can clear as much as we can one night and hopefully finish up Sunday or Monday.
