PVP training nights Monday 6pm FA time

Right ladies and gentlemen the time is almost upon us where FA gets to prove how awesome we are but in order to that we must get used to working in teams so Monday 6 night will now officially be PVP training night.  

IF you all can come along the plan is to basically try and divide members into teams of 4 players attempting to balance classes with each other. We will all attempt to form up in groups of 4 consisting of 1 tank, 1 healer and preferably 1 melee dps and 1 ranged dps where possible and all queue up at the same time.  Once we get used to working in balanced teams instead of just who ever comes along we can start formulating set strategies to assist us in winning and also to provide everyone with a clear idea of just what your team mates are doing.

For this to be a success we need as many FA on board as possible the plan relys on that many groups of 4 quueung up we will basically be thrown together alot.  The reason I have picked monday is because we do not have any raids scheduled so will mean we can have maximum guild participation.

If there needs to be some moving around, I'll see what I can do. Once again we have three teams (like the raid groups), so hopefully we're able to accommodate everyone. For now we'll practice in groups of four and then switch to the full 8 once 1.2 comes out.

I think we should also have this another night. Personally, I would have chosen a night that can be solely devoted to this, not just a few hours before our meetings and /or interviews.

Mondays are usually hard for me to be on, but anytime I'm on, I'm PvPing anyways.

I won't be able to do this day and time per work (unless I have cancellations, which will still may put me on later than 6:00 p.m.).

Issue is we have raids on tues/wed/thur evenings and sat/sun afternoons leaving just friday and monday and friday isnt always the best night for activity as a lot of people like to go out in real life on a friday.  maybe saturday/sunday nights might be available.

I agree,raiding in this game is a complete snooze fest now. Seriously,the guilds who are gonna get the glory and recognition in this game are gonna be the guilds sitting atop the pvp throne.

I like the idea of this, considering I have not done much orginized pvp, mostly one on one world pvp encounters.

My only issue is the day, Monday is horrible for me, usually in business meetings up until 9:30 PM.

Monday nights is not enough. there is no such thing as to little pvp practice. We need to practice everyday.

I know my raid group has gotten raiding down to a two night thing. I like the idea of having one night where the whole guild tries to get on for PvP practice and then each team can have their own individual times to get together.

Of course, no one is stopping you from finding three of your buddies and practicing on your own 24/7.

Considering the fact that 1.2 is not releasing any raid content until the next few patches later as long as everyone is content with just getting gear maybe cutting raids down to 2 nights a week instead of 3 and pvp mon/thurs (at least for our group 2 raid group.. This works out for our group considering there is only 2 changes to the roster I believe likwedtek and ratio not 100% sure either way we have to make a decision. Do we want to be great at pvp and dominate, or mediocre at PvE and pvp? There aren't enough hours in the day to truly be hardcore at both and be the best

I'm willing to let raid content take the backseat for a couple months so we can make a name for ourselves as a top contender
