I'll be waking up early on the 13th to at least be able to reserve my name.  

Other than that, my vacation starts on the 15th.  Can't swing any extra time before.  Bioware must be really confident in order to open the game earlier than projected.

For those of us getting up early on the 13th, how do we know which server to use?

TBone will get an email from BioWare soon (TM) prior to early access start that will let him know what server the guild has been placed on. Then he'll post that information so that everyone not in the pre-launch guild will know where to go.

And if he doesn't post, there will be face stabbings.

Unfortunately, since we are going to an RP-PvP server, we will not be going to the pre-determined server. The strategy is to go to the RP-PvP server on the east coast that is last in the alphabet.

Right now the concern is whether or not that server will be available on day one of early access. That's something we're trying to confirm. Regardless, the server we go to will be posted.

Signing up as RP guarantees you'll be on a PvE server. Currently the obverse is not true. That is to say, signing up on a PvP server may land you on an RP-PvP server. FA is signed up as PvP... And I'll try to call someone at the beehive this afternoon, though it may be futile. Busy, busy, busy.

Well, I know which server is the RP-PvP server, so we'll know what server we are going to before Monday. I'm pretty sure RP-PvP isn't included in the automatic transfer system.

Europe starts selling in stores on the 16th, so getting a regular box shouldn't be an issue as long as you're not isolated.

If they cancelled a CE pre-order, call them immediately and let them know what the situation is so that they can restore your order. Keep asking to talk to the next person up the ladder if the person you're talking to can't/won't help you. Keep using the equivalent of the phrase "What are you going to do to make this right?" until you get satisfaction. That almost always works for me.
