Hmm, it's hard to make something outta this...I do think that you're going to have to make another test, or just stop accepting applications for a while.

He wants to let people find the answer to the solution for what reason - "because he can" no doubt. That amuses me! I can't think of any other reason except maybe he's pissed off at us, and want to get his "revenge" lol
