New FA Coin for release

People are going to ask for the URL once they see the coin anyways... Or gonna Google Furious Angels, or just ask about it.

Fuse, I understand your point, I really do. Its just that I doubt that, the people who will see my coin, my friends, will wanna  play swtor, i've done my best trying to recruit.

So i'd just rather ask for a more personalized coin that really shows my attachment to the Faction.

Maybe remove "THE" from Furious Angels on the front? And... Instead of the URL, insert the Order? I.E Aequitas.

Having the Order on the coin is most likely not going to be possible.  You need to realize that companies that make these coins do them in bulk.  We're talking orders of 100+ coins.

We currently have seven Orders, not all of them full.  That's at least 700 coins, for what right now I believe is only 100 members.

Now, if every member was going to buy 7 coins, it might work.  I just don't see that happening, and it doesn't really make much sense.

Unfortunately I didn't save a PSD of the darn things, so I'm basically gonna have to redo them from scratch. So is everyone ok with the following changes?

-December 2011 (instead of EU/US date string)
-Darker blue for Republic symbol
-Gold FA symbol

Any other ideas or changes you guys want?

Instead of arguing over how to do the date.. whether its mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy why dont you just pick one and put it in Angel Text like we have at the top of our website.. that way.. seriously only the people in the faction will understand its meaning and its not like EVERYONE that is in the faction at the time of launch wont know the launch day.. I think the Angel Text would be a cool touch.

We will not remove the "The" from our name. We are The Furious Angels. In regards to people wanting a coin for their specific order, as others have said, it is not financially possible. It would inflate the costs dramatically. The company who is doing this would have to do 7 different prints for the coins, and that's the expensive part. The cheap part is the actual coin. The more people that order, the better our economies of scale.

We are a cohesive, singular unit, and these coins symbolize that. We are all ascending at the same time, and that is the point of this coin. This is not about being individualistic or trying to differentiate ourselves from one another. We are all Furious Angels, which should already make it incredibly personal for you and should differentiate it from everything else you have.

I like Ohm's graphics a lot, by the way.

As for fuse's comment. I like the white or a super light grey on the black background. It's more about who we are. The light in the darkness. The grey line between blind faith and the greater good. Just my two cents.

I prefer the white FA symbol as well. I also liked the random string of numbers as the date, but what it is currently works too. Aesthetically I hate the date with slashes and dashes.

I think the designs are top notch.  Great job on those.

Colors - I'm a fan of simple and elegant and I don't care for the gold.  Given the choice I would do I light ghostly almost glowing blue (barely bolder than silver) FA symbol and republic symbol.  Understating the graphics draws the eye to the text I think.
