To add stuff to the top menu (or wherever it is in your skin) just simply right click on  one of the tabs and click change.  After that a window should popup saying "Plug-in setup" on that, theres buttons along the top, one of which is "Add an element".  You might want to look at the elements already there and copy the "First Icon" line of it, all three should be the same so just paste it into the three slots when you're in the new element window(otherwise it just won't show up, or it'll look all fucked up).
I think that's pretty much a quick jist of the whole thing, just play around with it, it's not too hard to figure it out.

What skinning program do you guys use?  Esp. Eroz and Natuan...

Aston shell. It uses about half the resources that Micro$haft windows explorer does. The only down side to it is the learning curve of how the program operates. (You can find a free version, but its just so good I'm going to play for it.) Hey Nat you might know, but how do you get Aston do recongize Firefox as the default browers? And is there some way to have the left toolbar notepad to run on top of all apps? Like over the blurred game?
