SWTOR Beta Wave: March 7 - May 17

I've received word from a friend of a friend that a new wave went out today. The testing is from March 7 through May 17th, so I'm not sure why this person just now got an invite. Did anyone luck out? I did not get an invite. I've also been told that sometimes they send them out over a few days so that the download isn't too bad.

On a related note, I have a huge impulse to throw something across my room. Sigh...

Judging by the blank stares, no one is in this wave. To try to put it into perspective...

1.5 million people signed up for Beta.
We know that about 2000 have actually played the game.

So I logged into my email and see I have three more new emails.  One of them has something to do with TOR so I'm like  then I notice its from Ana and  then I'm like   :2'(...FML...

Been getting info from the source in a steady stream now and lots of questions answered on game play features, class/race combos, UI stuff, will also be getting an answer on how colormatch system works once he gets of level to get some different gear.

did he actually get to choose what he gets to play?  Any character creation impressions?

yes, and from the large collection of pictures i was able to see of them, theres alot of options and some of the randoms could be really ugly, really funny or pretty badass

JP, does your source have to deal with STO-style instancing?  That is to say, once a certain location hits a certain amount of people, it fills up and you have to pick a separate copy of that instance to go to, meaning you could have things like "Coruscant 1" vs. "Coruscant 2"?  It was something my friend in the December beta had to deal with, and I'm hoping that it was just a part o that phase of testing.

That was my understanding as well, that the game was far from ready at least.  Did you manage to get an answer re:the zoning thing?
