I'm cautiously optimistic.  But goddamnit I'm hopeful.

I just don't have the energy anymore to get hyped about games before they've launched.  I've resigned to waiting for the dust to settle and the rose-colored glasses to come off.  Wait for the community to thin out and really establish itself.  Wait for bugs to get patched and fat to be trimmed.  Wait for the level of polish and refinement that is never available at launch.

Man, I'm bitter.

A true cyberpunk sandbox would be awesome.  A persistent yet malleable virtual universe that relies on the player to shape it with their experiences.  If it has multiplayer functionality similar to Minecraft, I will cum in my pants.
