How so?

Perhaps nut job is harsh (I base it only on his views of the theory of evolution and religion). I will instead just stick with second observation. Just like pure communism doesn't work in the real world, pure capitalism doesn't "work" either- assuming we measure success by the standard of living for the most amount of people. For the most part, Ron Paul's ideas are not practical at face value. BUT, just like with communism vs capitalism, historically a market based system with some independent safeguards/limits/tweaks (read government regulation/intervention if you want), tends to be wildly more successful than communism that isn't quite as socialist. I bring up this comparison because I feel policies that are Ron Paul-esque would be more successful than slightly center of left policies would be.

I used to be more of a hardcore Libertarian, but since then I've studied more US history and learned more about macroeconomics and tried adjusting to a more pragmatic approach (still registered as a Libertarian though). I will leave with the following:
1. I'd love it if Ron Paul got the Republican nomination.
2. If Ron Paul were the Republican nominee, he would further polarize already intractable political parties at the national level.
3. It is historically very difficult to unseat an incumbent president in the US- even Herbert Hoover and Jimmy Carter both still got 4 in 10 people to vote for them.

So in pursuing genealogical research into my family lineage, I'm now fairly certain that I'm not directly descended from William Heselrig, Sheriff of Lanark (You might remember a portrayal of him in this scene from Braveheart, when he slit Wallace's wife's throat). While that story is fictionalized, my family was still douchey to the Scottish for hundreds of years, sorry Ket.

edit: for those of you interested in English history circa 1642 (civil war), this is my first cousin 12 times removed.*

I use the Viewsonic G-Tablet running Froyo. I went with it because of the hardware was one of the first out with the tegra 2. The downside is the software. But i flashed a custom rom from www.xda-developers.com . Pretty good site for mods for tablets or phones for that matter . If you haven't been there check it out.

Google mobolism forum for apps. Also definitely read xda. I'm rooted and running a custom version of 3.1. I tried 3.2 for a bit, but am waiting until swype works with it.

Docstogo is worth buying. I like it a bit better than polaris.
http://Http://www.swypeinc.com - can't suggest this enough. You can shrink the keyboard with the button on the lower right.
Amazon market
Dolphin hd - best browser I've seen for tablet.

Got your email. Looks good! Core i7, 12 gigs of RAM, 2GB vid card... You don't need a monitor, right? I think the only thing that would increase your power is a solid state drive (SSD), but I don't have one and I can run everything just fine, so I wouldn't worry about it! If you get this rig, it should last you for quite a while! I think I've had mine for over two years and it hasn't slowed down yet!

Indeed good times, coming up on 6 in a month for me.

On an unrelated note, I was watching SG-1 and noticed the badge on this guy's uniform (zoom in to see) looks suspiciously familiar...
