I agree with Ana but don't expect to be able to ask all 15 questions on your first interview.  Pick your top 5 and save the rest for any subsequent interviews.

Also, BE relaxed and honest. Nerves will kill your shot pretty quickly if you look like you can't handle stress.
Remember, you are interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you.

In my interview for the company I work for now I was asked how I feel about certain older technologies. I replied "I feel good about a paycheck. If you're willing to teach me the basics, I can learn and excel at anything you throw at me." I sometimes wonder if that made him doubt hiring me, or if that's the line that pushed me over the edge into the job.

I don't know what his interview situation will be like, but I had four half hour interviews back to back to back to back. I ended up not having enough questions, and even asked some of the same ones two or three times. I guess what I was personally trying to get at is that it's better to be over-prepared than under-prepared.

I personally hate multiple interviews. I would much rather have a panel interview and be done with it (save for an hr/screening chat). I will say also, be aware of the company culture so you don't dress better than your interviewer (within reason). When I worked at an engineering/manufacturing company the head of my department (one of the hiring managers as well) would make fun of the kids who wore nice suits when they came in for their interview. That said, if you're not sure, where a suit/dress combo that can still look good if you remove the jacket and/or tie.
If all the world's problems were solved today, what would you have left to do tomorrow?

Speaking of new jobs:

After 9 years of being a glorified data entry grunt, I will soon be moving into web development.  Same company, but I'll be working more with our parent company to help manage all of the corporate websites.

I think my current boss is a little pissed about it.  He enjoys having me to kick around.

Thanks for all the advice guys!

...Too bad you're on the wrong side of the pond, and I was already in the interview room! It was at an Argos store, which I think is sorta equivalent to Sears? Nothing fancy, but hey, I'm not gonna be picky at this stage.

I had been getting worked up over this before, but I got some similar advice, and went for a suit. Turns out I was a bit overdressed, so off came the jacket, tie and monocle.

I had prepared a handful of questions, and done the research, but the chance for either didn't come up. Or I might have missed the opportunity. The nerves almost did get me, and I can get shaken up pretty bad (as those of you who attended my interview might remember, heh). Managed to get my cool head on, and when it did start, I think it went pretty well. Till I let out that my second choice university was 120miles away. "So....I take it if you go to that uni, you'd have to leave us?" Monkey balls.

When starting out, I think it's good to get a whole load of interviews [if you can] to places that you don't really want. Have some fun at the interview process knowing that the outcome doesn't matter. This'll give you an idea of how it goes and get you into a more relaxed state for your real interviews...

Argos is kinda a strange concept in stores... I'm not sure they have an Argos equivalent...?!

It's like mail order, except you have to pick the product up yourself.

I have been trying for that, applications and CV's sent out left, right, center, vertically, cross-dimensionally since Wednesday, and this has been my first and only reply so far. Here's hoping on others

The rule I live by is dress one level higher then the standard work attire for that position. So if standard dress is jeans/tshirt, wear jeans and a nice button up. Slacks and a collars shirt, go for a tie. Ties worn, wear a jacket. Etc.
It helps people see you fitting into the position. I also go with eye contact, and attempt to mirror the interviewers body positions.

Find people you know in the jobs, random CV's so often get looked over. If you know someone within the company get them to refer you, generally you get at least a call, and if you get hired they might get a hiring bonus for you.

I'll be honest and say that I surf the web on the toilet.

I stopped taking baths when I was seven.

Ahh, there's something magical about getting peace from the wife and kids for longer than you can get away with on the toilet. I don't get away with it often, but I like to play that card when I can.
