The lack of balance came from the limited server numbers. In other FPSs, they matchmake you to everyone connected to the servers - thousands and thousands of people. In APB, each instance could only hold 100 people, and half of those you can't matchmake with b/c they are also a cop/robber. So with only 50 people max to matchmake with, chances are you were going to end up in an unfair game.

Well its a "warm" 19 degrees here. So far we have at least gotten 5 inches, but it feels like more. Tonight another 4-7, total accumulation 10-15+. They say this might be a historic snow storm with a possible 24 inch accumulation.  Oh did i mention the 5-10 foot snow drifts?
