Yeah but you can always return it to any Target Store with the receipt.  I'm tempted to put out some money and fight them for it... It does list the picture and the PS3 in the main description.

Yeah, you don't have much to lose. Amazon is very good about returns if it's not the product they advertised. And, it's out of stock meaning it's very likely Target will correct the problem and just cancel all the orders. But, it was a good try anyway.
