The exit he's at is a "CIA Only" exit, it isn't a public road.

Yeah, my steering went out so I got off at the nearest exit. In my haste, I didn't realize it was a CIA entrance. It led me straight to the gate, so I pulled half a U turn and pulled over to call my insurance. 15 seconds later I was surrounded by three officers with shotguns. I went through a brief interrogation and check and then spent the next three and a half hours outside of the gate waiting for the tow truck to show up. I just now got home, and now I'm probably on some no-fly list.

If I knew where I was, what all the gadgets were I had plugged into my car (GPS and ipod), where was I going, what happened, license and registration, etc. etc. It was the rear entrance, apparently.
