Just saw Law Abiding Citizen, good movie.

Spoiler Comment Below:

But I felt like Jamie Foxx's character never really learned his lesson. It's touched upon but there never really is an epiphany moment where we see him make the "right" decision. To that end, I feel somewhat as though Clyde's death was in vane.

I felt the same way.

Congrats! My free time has tripled since my breakup. That being said, I've filled it with work at the moment, but whatever. =P

I agree with you there, Da6.  It was a good movie yet I was left feeling as if just one puzzle piece was missing.

Same - it will arrive on my doorstep tomorrow.  For any others planning to play, add me to your in-game friend list (not sure if we can join through Steam if it's added as a non-Steam game...I haven't tried).

"Hella Cool..."

Quote
Today I read a story about how the 10^27 number range doesn't have a name. There is a movement to name this range "Hella", and I think that's Hella Cool.

Official SI prefixes:
10 = deca
100 = hecto
1,000 = kilo
1,000,000 = mega
1,000,000,000 = giga
1,000,000,000,000 = tera
1,000,000,000,000,000 = peta
1,000,000,000,000,000,000 = exa
1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 = zetta
1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 = yotta
1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 = unnamed

What I find funny is I can even imagine that number. Even a mega-atom is hard to imagine as I've never seen a million of one object.

In response to another post Fuse, I'm a centrist.

I find it interesting that they don't have a name for 10^27 through 10^99, but they named 10^100 a Googol. I'm not sure why they don't just use the Short Scale names. (Short scale of 10^27 = Octillion, 10^30 = nonillion)

Googol = 1 with 100 zeros
10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

It's said that there are not even this many atoms in the entire existance of the universe.

Try writing out the number 10^(10^100) (it's actually named a googolplex)
