Great, now we can go back to jacking each other off in one big circle jerk while the walls continue to crumble around us. Maybe we blocked major improvements to our current healthcare system, but at least we kept the dems from looking good!

I'm tired of it being so political at this point. Both sides agree there needs to be health care reform. The public option was taken out. Hell, almost everything that would "reform" health care was taken out, and yet the Republicans refuse to play ball because they know if Obama pushes through healthcare, it will be an instant legacy for his first term in office and give him a push forward for re-election.

If they thought the health care reform would fail, they'd let it pass and say "I told you so" so that they could come clean up the "mess" in three years.

And...Sarah Palin is a Fox News contributor. I don't know if that makes a bigger joke out of Fox News or the Republican Party. As if Fox News wasn't a big enough propaganda machine...

You know what I'm tired of fuckin' ignorance.  It's not about the Rep playing ball.  It's about the Dem's fucking manning up, stepping forward and saying hey we are doing this.  They've had the majority for a year and could've passed anything they wanted without the Rep being able to do a damn thing to stop them (.) PERIOD.  

They've been to damn chicken shit to do what they need to do to get it done.  Again there is nothing the Rep could've of done to stop them.  Nothing (.) Period

The fact is that the general majority didn't want the shit they were peddling.  The Dems who weren't fuckin crazy understood what was coming and the fuckin crazy ones who don't care are having a hard time leading the ones with some common sense to their own slaughter.  

Don't make this a Rep. thing and get the hell off the Palin shit.  Personally you start out by saying how things are political and how you don't like it then turn around and start slinging shit at her for no good damn reason other than the small minded ridiculous hate that you've been filled with by whomever you've been watching on tv or listening to in person.  

Start getting some fuckin facts about what you are bitchin about, listen to more than that fuckwad Colbert, and maybe you'll start understanding how things work a bit.

Um, my rant was a response to Lithium's little "Welcome back to America" comment, which I felt was a throwback to just one of those stupid catchphrases that don't mean anything (i.e. "real America" as opposed to what?).

And I understand that Dems have been a part of the problem. They were so political with their individual agendas they made it impossible to get anything done. If there's anything more embarrassing to losing the 60 seat filibuster to what should have been an easy win, it's not accomplishing anything while having that filibuster.

As for Palin...are you really defending her? She was a poor excuse to the Reps answer to Hilary. What was the most recent revelation...that she had to be taught American history from the ground up because she didn't understand any of it. If Obama started hosting news at MSNBC, I'd be embarrassed for the whole lot of them as well.

I beleive the issues Broin and I pointed out had nothing to do with the source of your 'rant', but the content of it. I count at least 8 questions I posed to you or others. I doubt I'll get anything back on them, but I'm really interested.

"Real America" will always be opinion based. I tend to follow numbers a bit more; and in that case I challenge you to find me something that shows America is not a middle-right nation. If using the Obama election as an example, please first understand where Obama the candidate was, versus where Obama the President is. They're not exactly matching.

I have a job interview in about 3 hours for the test team on our primary customer (that's you) website. The bad news is that sinse it's within the company, I need approval from my current manager and he told me yesterday that I'm too valuable to let go right now. It's nice to be appreciated, but I really wish I hadn't impressed so many people over the last 2 years now.
