so ... my friend had to do this projevt for her english class ... this is what she came up with ... made me laugh lol

   Scene from the first Matrix never caught on camera.  Focuses on the Oracle just before Neo walks in.

   The Oracle is sitting in the kitchen.  She takes a long drag on a cigarette and throws some more cookie batter into a bowl.  She stirs it with more than a little pent-up energy and begins to mutter into the cloud of smoke growing around her.  Ash from her cigarette falls into the batter bowl, but she just keeps on stirring.

   “God I hate my programming.  I am so sick of all these weird-ass kids making imaginary things float and nonexistent spoons bend.  Little freaks-”

   The door cracks open an inch.

   “Yes, yes.  I know, he’s here, now get rid of the others before he gets all attached and screws everything up.  I’m already sacrificing a vase for this moron.”

   Cookie dough roughly plops onto the greased baking sheet as the oracle violently flings it from her spoon.  With the twentieth cigarette of the day now a pile of smoldering ash, she reaches for her pack and lighter.

   “Stupid bastards.  Nobody visits me just to talk anymore.  It’s, ‘Will I win the lotto tomorrow?’ and ‘Do you think I can make a career out of this spoon bending thing?’ and can’t these people figure anything out for themselves?”

   Having checked on the cookies she reaches for a prescription bottle on the counter.  The door swings open again.  This time a man in an ugly light-colored suit with sunglasses and dark shoes walks in.

   “What do you want?  I told you not to come back till you figured out how to clone yourself.  Hmm?  There’s only one of you, so I know that’s not it.  Well, Smith?”

   The agent humbly looks at his feet and begins to mumble.  “Well, ma, the other agents were planning to go out and destroy a few buildings while hunting down some of those. . . miscreants I told you about this morning, and-”

   The oracle waves her hand in an impatient gesture.  “Whatever, just leave me alone.  Yes, with the freaks, the cookies,” the bottle finally opens and she swallows a handful of capsules, “and my prozac.  Now leave before anyone sees you.  Jeez, you are so embarrassing.”

   Agent Smith, head bowed, shuffles out of the room.  She takes a few sips of water to give the pills a little help and, just as the first batch of cookies is ready to come out of the oven, Neo walks in.  She turns and smiles, poised and ready to grab the cookie sheet so they can cool off.

   “Don’t worry about the vase, dear.”
