On the RL front - Subby's doing his first ever research paper and is living on coffee and coco pops bars. Books up to the roof, etc. sucks a bit since I've got this to do and I have an exam on the 15th

Maybe it should be "Covert Agent" or "Covert Field Operative" or even just "Field Operative" instead of Secret Agent.  No offense intended, but that term has been made very cheesy.

Personnel who were previously listed as Captains would be "Controllers" and Admins would be "Station Chiefs".

Black Ops are more the grunts of the covert world.  They are the operators like the SEALS or other similar force that do the door kicking.

I think "Dick Tracy" should be the highest rank available to non-admins/moderators, and it should be marked in yellow.
