Guy was kite surfing at Fort Lauderdale Beach on Monday as we were getting hit with the front end of Tropical Storm Fay.  Wind picked up the kite, and lifted him to what looks like a good 10+ feet off the ground.  He was slammed into the sand, and then the wind picked him up again.  He was dragged across the sand, and then over A1A.  A1A is the road that runs along the beach.  After going over A1A, he was slammed against the side of a building.

Watch the video on the right hand side.  The local CBS affiliate was there filming the conditions at the beach.  Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

Nothing personal... But criminal lawyers are nothing but pimps... They pimp the law to those who have the money to afford it and the people who can't are screwed...

Personally if I go to talk to someone and they withhold, obfuscate, or refuse to talk to me... That person goes to the top of my list and I'll spend day and night trying to find whatever I can on them.

If you didn't do anything wrong then your best bet is to tell me that.  If you did do something wrong your best bet is not to tell me.  

If you didn't do something wrong and you don't tell me that then I am going to assume that you did something wrong and that is why you are not talklng to me.  

God I could go on but the simple fact gets down to this.  If your dealing with an agent/cop/investigator/etc. and you piss that person off by being a douche bag and not cooperating then chances are they are going to bite into your ass like pit bull and hold on until they find something wrong that you did do...

I actually listened to this entire presentation.  While it sounds good to the young and stupid, Broin is 110%  correct about the mindset of a law enforcement agent.  What sounds good in theory (lecture) does NOT always work in practice (real life).
