I watched a "Flag Retirement Ceremony" today at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.  (Apparently calling it a "Flag Burning Ceremony" will get you scolded something awful.)  

There is no kind of "quiet" like the quiet of a military ceremony.  It's stunning.

Actually, they need to stop wasting time with inside jokes and hire someone who knows how to cut hair.

I look like I'm goddamn 12 years old.



The back of my head is pretty much buzzed down to the skin.

I must admit, it was cool sit in a big massage chair and read Maxim while I waited for my appointment.  The hand massage and scalp massage were a nice touch.  But the haircut is not worth what I paid.
