Imax is a film format designed to increase resolution, picture quality, and the size of the screen.  It can also be used in 3D with a nifty headset with built in surround sound speakers.  There are many possibilities with Imax.  There are a few in the GB area.

Six sequences of The Dark Knight were filmed using IMAX technology, making it the first major motion picture to be done so.

Subb, read up here about IMAX: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IMAX

It is basically the ULTIMATE way to view movies.  Not all movies are released in IMAX.  The ones that are, are usually the ones worth seeing.  I saw Harry Potter And The Order of the Phoenix in an IMAX theater.  The final scenes were all in 3D.  It was pretty amazing.

With that said...

THE DARK KNIGHT WAS FUCKING AWESOME!

I'm definitely going to see it again in an IMAX theater, though.

Uuuuuh, I've chosen Oxford for my main choice and Maidstone for my insurance choice..... so either way I can either go on the oxford tube to london or take a train from maidstone :)

Official report on Los Angeles:

-I spent a week on the back of a Honda Shadow touring Hollywood and the Valley and everything in between
-I stayed two blocks from Venice Beach
-Got over my fear of sharks in the Pacific Ocean
-I went to see an amazing band at a club you have to know someone to get in (Nico Vega, look them up on myspace)
-Tried MDMA for the first time, spent 5 1/2 hours in a hot tub/in front of a fireplace exploring the perfect minds and perfect souls of three perfect creatures
-Found a part of El Matador beach you can only reach by crawling through a cave at low tide, watched the sunset while drinking a bottle of really nice white wine and making love to the most wonderful man I've ever met
-Drank margaritas on the Santa Monica Pier by moonlight
-Went to a party hosted by an entire city
-Became obsessed with the idea of Freedom Community

Overall opinion:
You can be whatever you want to be out there, no judgements, no requirements, no games... just acceptance

Conclusion:
Lits does not, nor has she ever,  belonged in Mississippi.
I'm moving to Los Angeles as soon as I can. Maybe next month, maybe next year, maybe in two years, but I'm not spending the rest of my life in this Redneck state full of closed-minded hicks

That reminds me... anyone going to Burning Man this year?

There is this really annoying 14 year old girl over at my house right now who has the most annoying voice and speech mannerisms that I have ever heard. She's friends with my brother. Ugh.

...And we will strike down upon those of Darkness, with great vengeance and Furious Anger, those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers.

Didn't see the Harry Potter trailer...  But I saw the Terminator: Salvation trailer.

Christian Bale as John Connor?  Should make for one bad ass Terminator movie!
