It was looted from something called a "Runtime" program.  Anyone could have gotten it.

It looks like a kick ass item to have, either way.  There's no "Singleton" label on it, so they are probably stackable.  With a 30 second reuse timer, imagine having two or three of these in your possession.  Zerg after zerg after zerg.  :D

Yea but in the details it says it spawns machine npcs so wouldn't the npcs just shoot us?

well im on my 3rd mother board now and finally this one works... unfortunately though one of my sticks of memory is broken so my performance on vista and in the matrix is shot.  On the bright side though I have gotten my e6850 core 2 duo chip to 3.6 ghz.. Cant wait to get another stick of ram.
