Okay, played Team Fortress 2.... Amazing.  Most fun I've had playing a multiplayer game in a long time.  Even when I was dying, I was still enjoying the game.  I was owning it up as a Sniper. :)


That just helped seal my decision.  I love Teamfortress so I'll be grabbing this one asap.

my father and my brother are gonig to the rugby world cup final. Because I have a newborn (well 5 months now) they assumed I would not want to go and therefore did not purchase me a ticket. I therefore wish for someone to please arrange for me to have one ticket to this event.

seriously, any of you have tickets you no longer need?!!??

The Beta looks amazing. This is the first game EVER that I've had to turn down the graphics almost all the way down because my computer can't handle it. It's just so fast!

It's a mix of the best parts of UT2k4 and the best parts of the original UT.

The gameplay is based much more on the UT:GOTY edition, and there's no more bunny hopping clear across the map in two seconds. It makes the firefights much less surreal and more life-like and more adrenaline-pumping fun. There's nothing like dodging a rocket in this.

The graphics are a league of their own... and realize that this is a demo. They don't include all of the graphical options in the demo. Oh, and by the way, this is only rendering in DirectX9 right now. They haven't put out the DX10 yet.
