It's just wrong - you blew out your own school for a girl... man what a slap in the face... I'd slap you in the face if I was your school :p

I just found out that our entire Homecoming dinner is being paid for by one parent in our group. I don't have to pay a dime for our dinner.

We're eating at the Melting Pot, if you've ever been there. It is really expensive, and we have 21 people in our group.

...And we will strike down upon those of Darkness, with great vengeance and Furious Anger, those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers.

Enjoy your bread and tap water :p

Seriously though, have a nice night (and put some pix up, because people like NoCry don't when they say they will!)

I'll be sure to take a camera and take pictures of everyone but me. :)

Melting Pot owns.  And jesus christ, one person is buying for 21 people?  You can easily split a course between 4 people, but even so, they're pushing 200 bucks on a dinner that they won't even be eating.  That's not including dessert.  You kids better be on the floor kissing their feet.

But yeah, homecoming is lame compared to prom.  Nobody should be that happy to be back in school.  :p

Yeah. I don't feel totally comfortable with them paying for everything.

We're buying the mom a huge arrangement of flowers, though. :)

wow what a coincidence... I was thinking of going to the melting pot with my g/f this weekend.. we were just talking about that.  Yeah its like 90 bucks for 2 people. Prices are outrageous but great food... unless you're starving to death.  I always say its a great place to go eat unless your really really hungry, in which case you need to go where the food gets cooked for you.

OH AN BTW NOCRY WHERE ARE THE PICS???

I have a Melting Pot not even 10 minutes from my house.  As well as a Cheesecake Factory, Grand Luxe Cafe, Maggiano's, Romano's Macaroni Grill, and tons of other fancy and much more expensive resturants.

Guess that's what I get for living in a rich town? On top of all the rich, snobbish people. :)

I went to Homecoming my Freshmen year...  I vowed never to go again.  What a damn waste of money that was.  I went to Prom my senior year.  That wasn't as bad.  I had a lot of fun the next year at my ex-girlfriend's prom.  She was a year younger.  Different town, different school, much cooler people. :)  For my Prom, her dad let me use his Chrysler 300C.  I had wrecked my first car months earlier.  For her Prom, her and a bunch of friends rented a Hummer H2 limo.

My mom just told me that I'm driving the X5 to the dance. O_O (:D)

See, for me, the dance is the least fun part of the entire night. Going out to dinner and the after-parties are so much more fun.

Our school (as it's Catholic), heavily censors a majority of the music that they play. No swear words, no mentions of sex, stripping, alcohol, or drugs. They also don't use the "clean" versions of songs because people can fill in the blanks with the bad word. They don't even let us grind!

Our school is fucked up. :)

You'd be surprised.  The people in this town have the money to blow on personal trainers, plastic surgery/liposuction, gastric bypass, and/or all of the above.

Anyone else a Cowboy Bebop fan!?
Here is "Tank!", the opening theme song performed live.  Too awesome for words. :D

I needed to send something anonymously through Amazon, but the US site doesn't let you do that (the UK one does).  The only way round it would be to find someone with a card registered to a PO box so when the receipt went to the recipient they wouldn't know who really sent it.

Of course, that would mean that the PO Box might get crammed up with return gifts, so maybe not such a good idea :p
