Sorry the pics are a little fuzzy I was in a hurry to get things out.
Lits made dinner for her friends... 5 courses.
1st course: plain white sticky rice boiled in milk garnished with orange slice and cabage.

2nd course: homemade miso soup
(no pic sorry)
3rd course: handmade eggrolls. beef egg whites cabage onions and spices mix
(no pic sorry)
4th course: shrimp fried rice (shrimp veggies sauces and egg) garnished with orange slices laid out over cabage slices and peppered

5th course: handmade beef gyoza. beef cabbage ginger spices onion and sauces broiled, wrapped, dried, and fried. Laid out in cabbage shelf leaves places with sliced granny smith apples and orange slices, peppered.


I made everything from scratch except the egg wrappers. Total cook time: 5h 45m.

Holy crap, Lits.  Marry me.

Nah, really the mixture was based off another dip (I cut out the wasabi) and I basically went nuts and experimented with. The key is the grated ginger being brought out by the sugar, both of which are catalyzed by the contrast of the soy/sake.

Never seen House, heard of it and seen previews though. Looks good, but normally I'm watching Scrubs. Its probably the only TV I ever bother watching nowadays. Doctor Cox is my hero. The man can deliver a mile-long monologue skewering you the whole way through.

Yeah, sounds a lot like Dr. House.  Except that Hugh Laurie gets more points because he covers his British accent so well.  I honestly thought he was an American, and that his accent in 101 Dalmatians was fake.

And yes, Transformers is going to be damn cool.

After the credits, it is revealed that Will and Elizabeth have had a son, whose name is also William Turner, and the family is seen reuniting ten years later. Whether Will will have to stay on the Flying Dutchman, or whether Elizabeth's fidelity will allow them to be together, is unclear at the finale.

man I hope its really better than the 2nd cuz I didn't much like that one ... was hyped up to be something great when it was just OK.  So if its anywhere near the caliber of the first it will be great.
