I was particularly proud of how tonight's dinner turned out, and since I didn't have anyone to share it with, I thought I'd share with ya'll. It's my own recipe, I call it "What the Other Ships Not Libertas Are Missing in Their Kitchen: Lits."



It's chicken breast sauteed in butter with garlic, onions, and spices served over creamy rice topped with tomatoe slices and baby spinich leaves splashed with a vinegarette dressing I made myself from the above ingredients and and my own mix of spices.
