If they have some guy walking up to each car and squinting to check the number against a list of make and model cars, then hell, I'll give up. Otherwise, unless something radical happens that makes them check, that shouldn't be something I have to worry about.

How if your friend going to get a new pass? Is it being mailed to him (he could then claim he lost one and get a new one for you.), does he have to go pick it up (depending on the way things work out, you can just walk in and grab one to), are they being dropped off at his place, etc, etc. Use your social hacker skills and you might be able to get a legit one.

My friend used to be the president of the board of the apartments. Needless to say, he's been here too long and is too involved to stick out his neck for me. And he's talk about other people who have gotten caught selling them, etc. He's a good bit older than me and I haven't known him long enough to really feel comfortable trying to bribe one out of him.

My car was towed for having a fake permit. Goddamnit...

AND it was in the middle of this snowstorm. I'm trying to find a ride to get my car before the snow hits again...

Thanks lik. You saved me about $150. They charge $50/day storage and the snow is already so bad I barely got home. It probably would have been another two or three days before I could get back there.
