How is this going for everyone? I got through three weeks with only missing three days. However, last week I started my new job and my schedule dramatically changed. It was recovery week, but I didn't have time to do anything. This week my schedule is still crazy hectic. I just can't find the time in the day to do it. :( I may have to pick it back up once my schedule calms down. In a few weeks I'll have my evenings free. I think I'll pick it back up then.

Rough this past week as I had to travel for work so instead of a rest week I'm going to try to do another standard week this week as I only got a couple in last week.

Last week I sluffed off and missed both plyometrics and kenpo and yogo.  To make up for it I'm turning this "rest" week into "kick butt" week.

You guys seeing results yet? Or just still a lot of pain?
After working on my car for 6 hours on Sunday my body hates me - so I'm a bit nervous about starting this thing in the next week or so.

I've lost about 7 pounds of fat while increasing definition throughout my upper body but then again I'm doing the nutrition plan in addition to just the workouts so my eating habits have gotten a 100% better.  (Not that I was such a slob before)

As for the "pain" issues, just make sure you have some clean carbs after your workout and it pretty much eliminates the soreness.

Plyo is a bitch you will hurt the next few days after that.  Remember to just pace yourself.

Go ahead, make my day.

Yeah, I got to about 30 days and then my schedule changed and I couldn't keep at it. The time commitment is just intense. I could definitely feel the results, though. If I ever get a normal schedule with that much free time, I'll need to do the whole 90 days for sure.

Since most of my evenings are clear, that makes things a little more predictable for me.  I'm not yet sticking to the work outs daily, but I'm doing them about 3 times a week.  Even so, I am beginning to feel a difference.

So does it P90X really work? I've been thinking of adding this on top of my normal gym routine.
