I will be interested to see the results of all of this hard work you lot are doing. By that, I dont mean photos or anything before you get nervous; but a documented increase in fitness would be great to hear about.

I did more reps, but I paced myself knowing what was in store for the second round of Chest and Back. Ab Ripper has slowly been getting better and better.

Is it weird that my mother works out and has those adjustable weights? Is it weird that I have to wait until Christmas break when I can be in the comfort of my own home rather than in a cramped dorm? Is it weird that I, like most everyone else here, want to do this with each others support?

Am I missing something? Some sexual connotation that everyone else seems to get except me? I'm lost...

I think it's the whole "borrowing your mom's free weights" thats a bit sketchy.  But I tell you what, if your mom is as hot as Manic's then I'll let it slide.

Okay so I just finished my first week and I can already feel a difference.  I'm really getting excited to see what how this turns out.  Most of my workouts have been done from 10p - 1am in the morning and I've realized that I need to switch the times I do the Plyo and Kenpo because trying to go to sleep while your hearts still beating a million miles a minute is pretty much pointless.  

I have also lost 3.5 pounds this week due to their nutrition guide.  

So who's still keeping up with the program and who has already slacked off?

I finished week 1 as well, won't lie, I skipped Yoga and Ab-ripper for week one.  Don't worry, will hit them this week, just wanted to ease in.
