Hmm,

Pre-order on Origin (UK) is £39.99 + £5.00 for pre-order (SE).
Game.co.uk is doing £39.99 (SE) with no extra costs.

Game.co.uk doesn't specifiy if you get the crystal.
Could it be £5 for the crystal?

Well, I was so excited I just pre-ordered on Origin without looking about.

"Based on our estimates, you ARE likely to receive your pre-order."
w00t! I guess Origin customers might get first dibs, and other stores might have to wait if stock runs out? I'd pay the £5 for that... :D

I'm a total frickin rock star from mars.
C'mon bro, I got tiger blood.

Yeah, I'm boycotting Origin. It's just a stupid stunt by EA to curb users from Steam to a sub-par digital platform. For example, if BF3 is not available from Steam when it releases... then it'll be another game I don't purchase.

Back on topic, I had zero issues with Amazon and it's actually cheaper by a couple cents. The important part is you get the website registration code instantly.

Don't believe everything you think.

Hey hey!!

Based on our estimates you ARE likely to receive the pre-order copy of Star Wars: The Old Republic you requested.

You registered your Pre-Order code on July 21, 2011 and now are registered for the following items:

Star Warsâ„¢: The Old Republicâ„¢ Digital Deluxe Edition Pre-Order
Early game access
Color Stone (Virtual Item)

May The Force be with you all.

On a side note and slightly wierd at that I had a dream last night I was sitting in a bar with Tbone and a few other people talking about how I wanted a purple saber stone for ages and then admitting how cool it would be for all of FA to have white saber color.  I woke up to the text about the pre-order.  [insert ominous music here]

I can't decide between the digital deluxe or the CE. The question I have is whether you all think the in game store for CE people will be worth it. Thoughts?

You'll just waist your time trying to 'justify' the cost. It can't really be justified--get it if you can afford it and want to treat yourself to something unique otherwise just get the standard version.

^^^This.
By the time we're rocking and rolling together I doubt these items will make a difference at all.

Oh bother. No idea what to do.
I have always had terrible luck with online orders. Never do I get them on time, in tact, etc.
But I am truly worried that the CE will be completely gone by the time 10am roles around and I can head to the store!
 Thoughts?
I used to think I was perfect. However, thinking ones self perfect is conceit and conceit is a character flaw... I have no character flaws.

Preorder requested. Can honestly say I have never done that without knowing a damn release date... this game better be good.

EDIT: Preorder confirmed. I'd be excited but,
"Estimated Release Date: Targeting Holiday 2011"

ugh...now to continue the waiting game

Absolutely. Got the code instantly.

Had gone to Best Buy when it opened, and they told me they won't be taking pre-orders on the CE until they get store SKUs for them, which will take approx. 1-2 business days. :/

I ordered from Gamestop originally, but got no email -- then saw on the forums people were reporting pretty much the same: 2 day wait. So cancelled and went to Amazon.

I was disappoint. But then happy.

I assume early access means we'll be downloading the client anyways, so doubt it matters when the box comes in the mail.  ;)

Pre ordered Collector's Edition from Amazon. Might as well make it an investment, I suppose!
