So i walk into tughri to be bombarded with lightning from a newly built guard tower...



only thing is my ping shot up to the thousands cause everyone else in tughri is taking advantage of the skill ups for rigor and reflex through it. I'd recommend for everyone to bind to inarith for the time being while these fucks go ahead and exploit and lag the area to hell.

Let's try not being associated with any of this until it all get cleared out or fixed by the devs.

This might finally be the little shove we need to break away from tughri and start moving back up to our little hamlet.

So they've set their guard towers to kill us? Or they set it to kill everyone so that they could get their rigor up? I saw people doing this in the racial cities since day 1.

It's apparently bugged right now, they have it set to attack anyone not ALLIED but that doesn't seem to be working. I think they're one of if not the first to have one and so loads of people from their Alliance/Peace treaty are checking it out. As far as binding away from Tughri shouldn't we already have been doing that? Since about a week ago when the issue/idea first came up?

Oromea has now developed Tughri enough to have the auto towers yes.

Well we've built the barrels and crates! I imagine uber guard towers are next! Haha. We should check to see if perhaps more things have been implemented since this recent patch, though...

Sorry, it's been bothering me for awhile now. The chat log in that post by offload.anon seems to be one of us based on the Clan Alliance thread.(No DUSK guilds, split conversations and Disciples of the Hidden Blade) Not sure why this would be necessary to create a new forum account to essentially trash talk a few people we're still allied with and are still enjoying their hospitality. Maybe this may not count as trash talk, maybe this is just further extension of ridding Agon of corruption but not for me. Some of that shit makes me more than a little uneasy, guess I'm too much of a nice guy it's turned me carebear slightly.  

But still, does anyone else agree with me on this? I'd just like to wonder why this happened really and the reasons behind it.

I agree with the offlaod guy fully.  As did Arch and Pheinyx.... so much so that they left the game until the tower thign was resolved.  It fucked up dude.  They were exploiting... now everyone on the forums are associating Oromea with exploiters.  FA is strictly and fiercely against exploiting.

I'm not worried about whether his or her point is valid likwid, the tower was bugged to shoot everyone and because it did 1/2 the damage of a NPC guard tower could easily be exploited for extensive skill gain.
But by those posts that chat log is from a member of FA who either created a forum account which has so far only commented about this specific event or had someone do that for them and relay their information, either way we become implicated and all become involved for the actions of one or a few. As far as I knew FA was also clearly against trash talking which accusing people of exploiting on forums and casting blame counts as, in my personal experience. Set me straight if I've missed something.

I read the thread again,

The screen shots weren't his, they were taken from the "Lightshow" thread, the first made on the subject. None of us know if it's an FA member, I hope. I just noticed a few things that worried me and if you looked back and thought about my posts and the chat logs it's got some rather disturbing coincidences to me.

And that's it, Oromea are obviously talking to the rest of the people they are allied to with regards to Alfar comment, we're allied with all those above and as far as I know the only ones in that area associated with DotHB

I'm REALLY hoping the second chat log is completely inconsequential. Please keep talking about this with me, I'm keeping any ideas I'm having to this thread, if you wanna talk with me about it feel free to. Thanks Likwid for the input and help.

No matter what, I was there ... hell we all were there.  We saw what was going on and we shouldn't have any part of crap like that.  It's bad enough our names are in those screenshots!  I worry more that we're implicated in the exploiting than with the drama on the forums.

I agree with the people on the forums who were pissed off.  Those of us there were pissed off too.  This in my opinion is a deal breaker.  I just don't want our names getting tossed into that hat.  That's not how we roll.
