Try re-reading Phienyx, the point being we can report posts, which are against terms of service on the forums. Why not start with this a sort of forum pvp if you will, also if player spots will be limited on release due to it being an EvE style server not everyone will get to play at retail, therefore by getting unwanted forums posters banned it will go a long way to preventing some of those people form getting in at all.
