alright folks Im all done with the maint today...

I was tryign to get the multiple forums ranks hack to work.  It doesnt though.

At least not yet.  

I think what I need to try is update to the newest version of pnphpbb and use a different forum theme.  this one has a few bugs.

Then later we can try it again.  Can't say I didn't try guys.  Sorry!
