I caught the War Machine reference, and also said "S.H.I.E.L.D." to my buddies before Agent Coulson could even finish saying "Strategic Homeland Intervention Engagement and Logistics Division."

Not bad, but I still think Batman Begins was a better "birth of superhero" movie!
