I really like it.

However, you do have blue sky in there, and you're going for an emo picture of sorts. Would some darker clouds fit the personality of the Matrix/mood of the picture as a whole better than some beautiful blue sky? You did blend the sky together very well with the building, however. I'm just thinking that the mood could be further enhanced if you had darker, gloomier clouds.

I agree with Ana.  Great job on the character but the background as a whole should be dulled more if you're going for a truly emo and darker mood.  Otherwise, very nice.

Use the Burn tool around the eyes to add that eyeliner I always see you wearing.

Ya, The Sky does conflict with the overall "Manic Emo Feel "

This is my first time using a real sky in a picture or even rendering myself and blurring the BG to make the character stand out more. I appreciate the C&C.
