The Prodigal Son Returns
« on: July 02, 2007, 08:45:16 pm »
That's right!  After an extended hiatus I have returned...married, sunburned and even a certified open water scuba diver, but more on that later.

So as most of you know I am now a married man and ball-and-chain comments not withstanding I couldn't be happier.  Both the ceremony and the reception after was a smashing success.  Piece of advise for those even remotely thinking of getting hitched; make sure your reception has an open bar, everyone just has more fun that way.  If nothing else at least the pictures you snap during it could later be used for blackmail...lol.

We went to Jamaica for our honeymoon; stayed at an all inclusive resort and if you aren't familiar with those it just means that your drinks, meals, entertainment are already paid for...That's right ALL of your drinks..lol.

I also took the opportunity to become a certified scuba diver, open water, which means that I can dive 60 feet instead of the standard 30 feet.  I'm gonna try on getting an advanced open water certification that'll let me go 100 feet down but that'll be later.

Jamaica's an interesting place, for one thing there's no embargo on Cuban cigars (had one everyday while I was there)  and for you folks that like something a bit stronger they have that too.  There are literally dozens of Jamaican's strolling up and down the beaches all day offering you some 'smoke' and although I don't partake in lighting up some herb myself I had plenty of opportunity.  My wife and I were actually out in the water and they would sometimes swim up to you and ask if you wanted some, it was actually kind of funny.

For those interested, this was our view from our suite:

And here are a couple more:

Now that I'm back and that all major life events have been taken care for for the next few years I plan on getting back into the swing of being an Angel and back into MxO within the next few days.   It looks like I've got a lot of catching up to do.

Oh and here's 2 more pics just make ya'll smile:

I proposed to my wife on the beaches of Jamaica and I miss it. We were at an all inclusive, and it was wonderful.

One thing you HAVE to do is go on a catamaran cruis. Absolutely amazing.
Glad you had fun and are back.

Welcome back, Yo-dawg.  That's your official street name, by the way.  "Yo-dawg".  You'd better have his money!
