SOE sucks..

Well I went to delete one of my chars today and when I did the comp froze so I ctrl-alt-deleted and ended the program since it wouldn't do anything. I went to relog in and try again (char was still there) and I tried once more to delete it and it said the action was already in progress. Well, then I tried to log onto my main and it wouldn't let me saying my account was in use. So right no I'm in "queue" to speak with a SOE rep and hopefully get this resolved. Util then I can't jack and apologize for any probs this may cause in helping with the farming, etc. I'll keep everyone posted if there's anything new to post.

sometimes rebooting the computer works..  I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with the computer but the fact that it takes a minute or two to reboot.. and well.. it takes them a few minutes after c+a+d something.. I ran into that problem back when my internet would freeze the game.. i would have to cad out and it would take a few minutes before letting me back in saying my account was already in use...
