I'll post pics as soon as the actual hat comes.  These guys are awesome.  Their response time is less than 24 hours in some cases, and they are very helpful in addressing concerns.  I wish I had ordered it sooner.  It is a bit pricey for a simple cap, but just looking at Adad's pics it seems well worth it.  These things are quality.

If anyone wants a fitted black FA cap sized 7 5/8, send me a PM. This thing is about an inch too big for me, and they don't accept returns for custom embroidery.  

I'll be re-ordering soon. This time I'll be sure to specify a flex-fit cap.
