The new version of Ventrilo has a player cap at 8. Considering our member base is around 100 and I expect a majority of people to take advantage of our voice chat advantage, the new version simply won't cut it.

No one seems to like the new versions, all of the vent servers that I log on to sometimes (about 5 or six that I have on my list) are all using 2.1.4. It seems to be the most loved.

Wow so they had a new version that makes it worse?

Kairos, the firewall probably blocks all ports other than 80 and whatever else you need at work, so Vent would probably not work no matter what you did.

Well, I was just kidding....and lunch breaks are for "lunch"....I work from 7 am to 12 pm so I dont really know what lunch breaks are really about or anything....except that thyre for lunch....

It appears this will be permenent for the time being.The block has been updated on the side menu and the link will connect to this server. :)
