Zack got back to me tonight with the price list stuff in an email.  It's detailed, so he requested that I just copy/paste it.  He also wanted me to list is AIM name here so you can chat with him at any point about pictures/payment/etc.

AIM: splashing Ink

Here's the email:

"Hey FA, Zack aka "Turret" here. Long time no see! How's everyone been? Glad to see you guys still kickin' it! Jeyk told me that he posted the pic's I did for him along with a few others to help me out in my financial hole. He also told me that there have been a few requests for a price list of sorts for this kinda thing. So, first off with the little details. Now I know some of these facts/rules go against things like Sony's copyright on MxO; these are just some basics I work by...
 
General Info:
- Commissions are done at around 300-600 DPI and you will be given a full resolution JPG.
- I retain full copyright of the artwork, the owner of the character will obviously retain the character’s trademarks.
- You can use your commissioned piece for anything that is Non-profit.
- If your commission is intended for commercial use please ask me and we can come to an agreement!
- During the process of the commission I will send you the sketch and at least one inked/colored WIP for you to check.
 
Prices:
- All commissions are in USD
- Preferred method of payment is Paypal, please send to splashed_ink@yahoo.com
- I do accept money orders. Please ask for more info.
- We'll go by paying half up front, half right before I send the finished work. This is to prevent me from getting ripped off! Sorry if it’s an inconvenience!
- If there are any problems with the finished work, I guarantee to work with you to make it the way you want it. You are paying for it, after all.
- The prices below are estimates. The price of your commission can change depending on complexity.
- Please DO NOT send me payment before I have quoted a price for your commission.

Sketch: $15 for one character.
-Now it doesn't matter what the picture is (head shot, bust, full-body) It's just $15. If you want additional stuff, like backgrounds or more characters, price will be talked about depending on what's goin' down.
-Blur/Photoshop effects at no extra cost.

Inked: $25 for one character.
-Again, price may go up depending on additional things.

Fully colored: $45 for one character.
-Again, price may go up depending on additional things.
 
Things to do for a commission:
- Please send me commissions by e-mail (My email is splashed_ink@yahoo.com)
- I prefer all commissions to be talked about on AIM (splashing ink) before I begin the project. It's the best way to guarantee the best work.
- Please send me a brief description of the character(s) appearance AND personality (Please don't make it too long, it's easier for me to miss something if I have to read like 5000 words :P)
- Reference pictures are really great to send too if you have any! Especially if there's a special outfit/pose.
