damn straight I am! I'm not gonna buy one of these new systems which are repackaged eMachine computers puked out in shinny boxes with an IBM video core.

lol agrees with lithium besides they will all be obsolete in a year or so

especially with dx10 games on pc coming out. It would be different if the consoles actually had the ability to upgrade. Now that would be a bad ass console.

If that was true though why the gap between NES, SNES, N64, GC and Wii? People still bought, enjoyed, and continue to enjoy them!

PCs can get upgrades sure, but they don't look as seckseh right now as the consoles do. The only difference imo is that they can get add-ons to the games, texture updates etc. With a console at least there's no multi-tiered gaming with some players on the DX10 tier and others on the DX7 tier
