LOL! I have a brother, and my parents treat him and I pretty much the same, thanks to me and my sister demanding that we be treated equally (for instance, we had to fight to get our curfews the same as James (my brother.)) But I know that if James wanted to go to Florida, he'd be in Florida. And he would never, ever, ever go with me.

Me, at Moroso Motorsports Park, for the taping of an episode of Pinks: All Out.  The black 1992 Talon TSi AWD behind me belongs to my friend Erik.  Him and a few other friends of mine were competing to be one of top 16 to race for a $10,000 cash prize, and a $7,000 tool set.  The gates opened at 9:00 AM Sunday, and they started the races around 11:00 AM.  300 cars, making two passes each.  The final 16 cars were picked from cars that ran ~10.90-11.01-seconds in the quarter mile.  There were a lot of cars running 9-, and 10-second passes, but the Pinks officials found out that a lot of them were "sandbagging" (Detuning their cars to run slower in chances of getting picked), so they decided to pick 11-second cars.  The day was filled with a lot of domestic muscle, with a few very quick imports. The top 16 ended up being all domestics, including a '57 Chevy Nomad, '69 Chevy Camaro, '71 Chevy Camaro, a mid-'80s El Camino, and a mid-'90s Mustang.  I won't spoil anymore. I was told the episode should air during the first week of April.  The show airs on the Speed Channel.  Look for me on TV.

Oh, and I left around 1:30AM Monday morning, and they were still only on the 2nd round of the Top 16 eliminations.

wow thats cool I would like to be on there but to hell with racing for pinks lol.  I cant afford to lose my car to someone else.  But, it seems like there was no danger of that in this specific event.
