Google Earth has Monolith listed at 425 739 1500, or 10516 NE 37th Cir, Kirkland.  Searches for SOE list the same address.  Sony Corporate Accounts are at 425 450 0761, or 1822 100th Ave NE, Bellevue

Yes, however, there are news articles that state that Sony Online Entertainment Seattle came into existence because of the seizure of MxO. They basically converted Lith's studio there into SOE.

They're pretty close to each other (the old Lith building and SOE Accounts), I'd say it's safe to assume that's the place.  Don't CSRs work from home though?

No evidence here... however perhaps Brewko is persuading people to post to get certain control over things in the game... I don't think SOE will likely ever support this however its worth a look.
