Please post all evidence leading to Brewko violating his agreement to Sony in this thread. This evidence will be gathered and organized and sent to Brewko's superiors.

When the machine answers choose option 2 for the company directory then at the next prompt you will be asked to enter the three digits or letter for the person you wish to speak to… instead enter the numbers 7633 from your phone and you will be connected directly to John Smedley’s office.
If by the time you try this his line is closed or changed, never fear, just dial the original number and speak to all the SOE employees you can

Issue #1

CSR Brewko violated three users' privacy by compromising their information with Sony. Orien, Broin, and RXU each sent in CCR petitions that pointed out several players who were suspected of exploiting. Brewko informed the players under investigation that Orien, Broin, and RXU had reported them.


Issue #2

CSR Brewko has not acted in a professional manner, specifically treating players differently, using a biased point of view when making decisions.

Example A - When tickets were sent in regarding suspicious levelling of certain players, Brewko came to those players and warned them that OTHER CSRs were beginning to watch their gameplay. He warned them that they should hide any exploits or there was a possibility they would be caught.

Example B - CSR Brewko has created a player account on the Vector server of MxO and has formed friends and enemies from that experience.


Issue #3

CSR Brewko has used his position's power inappropriately to help/hurt players in an unfair way.

Example A - When said exploiters were caught, Brewko deleted the characters and banned known accounts. After the heat was off, Brewko came back and unbanned the accounts of players he had established a "relationship" with.

Example B - Brewko used his CSR power to help a friend retrieve an item from another player. Untouchable (originator of discussed exploit) willingly traded a rare item with Broin. Untouchable wanted said item back, and Broin did not trade the item back. Untouchable then contacted his friend Brewko, who told Broin he would be banned unless said item was given to him to give to Untouchable. This is out of the bounds of CSR involvement, as explained by CSR ?

Issue #4

CSR Brewko conspired with players to entrap other players.

Brewko agreed to a plan set by certain players to help get rid of other players. In this plan, the trap was to provoke a group of players (while Brewko watched) to get them to harrass back. I believe the intent was to give reason to ban said players, who happen to be some of the same players who reported the previously mentioned exploit and have been targetted by Brewko in past offenses.

Issue #5

CSR Brewko joined a player faction under an alternate account and used his admin powers to aid that faction against other players.

I am not joking when I say that I have friends and family all over the United States, I have a car, I have loads of free time, I have a couple hundred bucks to blow, and I am very pissed off about all this. I have been trying all night to find a physical address at which these people can be reached. If any of you can find it, I'm going on a road trip.

SOE-Seattle is only about 15 minutes away from Monolith, so I'm still only about an hour away. But the more I think about it Brewko might not be in Seattle, but can easily be in SOE-Cali or SOE-Texas, or maybe he's not American.....
