....I <3 California. Good luck! :) If all else fails just get to the nearest hardline before the hurricane hits, we can always code you up a new house... oh wait o.o My brain started to melt again.

"Fuck you shark." I'm glad we don't have earthquakes here, those are worse.

Not True. Name the last time we have had a major erathquake?
ps major is consider magnitude 7.0 and high. Erathquake do about as much damage as CAt 5 Hurricanes. While we get an severe earthquake just ever 10 years we dotn have to worry about ever year. And just like you have stronger building codes becasue of hurrcanes, we have strong building codes because of earthquake.

It's the same thing still. The only serious hurricane we've had was Andrew is 1992 and haven't had any bad ones since; most miss us. Katrina did serious damage to the Gulf and the last one to hit there was in the 1960's. There may be many of them brewing out there, but most of them are small and insignificant, just like your little tremors and such. In that way, they are about the same.

We usually get a serious one even less frequent than every 10 years. The good thing is that hurricanes only brew in a certain season. From what I understand, earthquakes can happen anytime and there is no real preparing. I still think earthquakes are a little worse. If I'm wrong, correct me.
