Video Events Team

Khon since you did such a good job on  the video, I decided that I am going to create a video event team. In short our mission will be to record and compile video for all live events. At the end of the events we will release the video. It is not going to be like the Megacity Broadcast. It will just be what happens during the event in video format. In short will be be creating sub videos of the chapter videos in game.
Those who want to particpate just sign up here. (Remember the other teams take presidence over  this, if you are already busy don't sign up.) Here is the cheat sheet of the commands for MxO http://eroz.liquiware.net/Photos/mxovideocheatsheet.jpg.

Please record the videos in Fraps and we will have to find someway to get a FTP server for us to upload too. I will be doing most of the editing of the videos, but I am going to need songs to link to the videos. Also open up the cheat sheet for a little paragraph on what needs to be done while recording video. Thanks.

I would gladly offer space for the faction to work with.  My main problem right now is my bandwidth is capped at 50GB, Kron's last vid took 25% of my june BW, by the third of the month (it had 500+ hits, and was 40, then later 60 megs in size) so here are my rules to my FTP:

1) If we offer a public version, its low res, the faction can have access to a high res copy (stored in the private folder).
2) If I see my bandwidth coming to about 95% usage, in a montly period, I will change the FTP and folder password so that no one can access it, until the next month rolls around, and BW is reset. (this way I can continue to run my website)

I was thinking more along the lines of the FTP for transfer of videos between the faction for editing and viewing in just the faction. We would have to come up with another solution for the world to view it. (More like DN1 host the videos.)

I know I have offered this before.  But I have unlimited bandwidth here.  Just get with Gabe he has access to the servers here, and can place them up for whatever you need.

I'm not signing up, but I believe I have some pretty good space available with unlimited BW.... never EVER had a problem and used to use it for lots and lots.

I don't have the RAM capabilities currently to use Fraps.  But I have a pretty extensive collection of rock/techno music that I can provide if need be.  Just tell me where to upload them.

see the thing about styans FTP is that frap vids when they are just raw vid are friggin huge and take up gigs and gigs of space so only a couple clips would take up the bandwith in no time.

Yup having a BW cap sucks! But Im cheap so what can I say :p So I Guess were a no go for transferring on my server haha
