It makes me warm inside to read this thread. I have come to look upon FA as en extended, somewhat distant , family, and to know that there is such insight and maturity (even you Nemi ;P) among us... In the wonderful combination with playfulness and joy.
Well, I am convinced that we will survive this, and that FA is going to be around, strong and healthy, as time goes by.
I wasn't even there, but I also feel responsibility for what happened. I try my best to give us good PR, stop and talk to people who adresses me, heal non-faction members when I see them etc. On that subject, the three people who has mentioned the incident has all been understanding and friendly. One said that he couldn't imagine the FA deliberately exploiting. So we do still have credibility, and in the future we have learned to be more aware of possible exploits. Just look at some of the threads, we are already doing it.
