Hey Boom unless you have an import psp you cant play import UMD movies.  They are region coded.  Games are not which is all that matters. Cheers to the Naruto psp fighting game in the fall.

Wow! I just checked out that Narutochaos.com, very good find Orien. I wonder how they manage to support that many direct downloads, must have some nice funding. And they already have the new magna up ahead of narutocentral.com, I think I just found my new source for everything Naruto related.

So yah, any of you interested in giving Naruto a chance, I highly recomend going to:

http://narutochaos.com

There, you can start from the begining. Get those first 80 fast before they have to take them down due to licensing reasons!

If anyone else is ordering, the slide card is pretty unreliable so I am going with the flip top covers heres a link if anyone's interested http://www.ps2cover.com/ps2coverblackcombosm3.html

Also, if anyone is interested in learning some japanese for free, heres a link

Wait where did you read that its unreliable.  And you do know you void your warrenty by using the flip top.  I would have but i like my warrenty.

PS My heart has just sank after you said that Xtreem.  Oh i hope it works.

Xtreem...
What the crap?

Don't you have to like saw a hole in the top of your PS2 case or some shit like that?
The slide card does not fuck your shit up. Take it from me.
I use the damn thing all the time.
It works like a charm.

If you want to go saw a hole in your PS2 and void your warranty, be my guest.

[Edit] Shit... look at the hackjob you have to do to your PS2 to get that fucker on:
http://www.ps2cover.com/coverinstallation.jpg
If that doesn't void the warranty, I don't know what does.

Well the thing is that the slide card operates on you focibly opening the tray with the card. This can, over time, wear down the cranks that open and close the tray and eventually screw up the motor. I have heard many problems on IRC of people having the tray get stuck on them and not being able to open the PS2 by using the slide card method. Then you would have to void the warranty anyways to open up the PS2 and getting the disk out yourself. It's cheaper of course, but you get what you pay for.

I am getting the flip cover as it is much safer to use and you dont screw with the motor of the PS2, you simply just do away with it altogether. It is a little more expensive but is definitely worth the extra security in my eyes.

P.S. My warranty is already voided since I had to open up the PS2 and clean and adjust the laser since it stopped reading discs for a while.

Well, you dont have to saw a hole. I dont know where you got that from Midnight lol. All you do is unscrew the case, remove the top, disconnect the reset button, and attach the flip top. It's not that hard.

Besides, for every case where it works fine, there are many that have had theirs screw up. There is always an exception to any rule or something but i have heard absolutely no complaints on the flip top so thats the way for me.

P.S. I like how this thread just totally drifts off topic all the time. We should just call this thread "Naruto Fans Ramble On" or something.

Hmm from what i read all it does is slightly move the crank and all that you do is open the tray slightly enough to put the cd in.  Anyways to get back on target the new Naruto episode goes up tomorrow.  I really hope they focus on Naruto and Sasuke's batttle tomorrow.  *crosses fingers*

PS I WANT TO BELIEVE NEJI IS ALIVE.  Im not trying to rob you of your fav character Xtreem, but damn is he kickass.

bah screw all that nonesense... just take the top part of the ps2 off and BAM you can play Hero2 like a charm :D.

speaking of which, do you need a demo disc or a actual ps2 game disc to play hero2? Kinda like how it was with the psone disc swapping?
